I am in my studio this morning with a glorious steeped masala chai latte and the windows flung wide open so I can inhale the sultry sea air and enjoy this rose tinged honeycombed light.  Thank you for all the sign ups this week for Persisting Soul and My Sweet Muse! ~  I feel it is a lovely beautymark to begin these offerings today on the eve of a  full moon so completely brimming with possibility and I am immeasurably filled with gratitude that you would come along on these journey's I have created. There have been some last minute sign ups today so all information and daily mails will begin in the next few hours. 


Many of the artists who signed up for 'My Sweet Muse' in July asked if I would have a brand new monthly set of them and I promise a fresh "my sweet muse 2' will be offered as a daily mail in October when I am back from teaching at Wild Soul in England.


This morning I am feeling such an immense and ridiculous joy that it is somewhat impossible to concentrate.  I always feel this way on a full moon but this week in particular I am leap frogging around my house with a magnificent enthusiasm for next Saturday I embark on an epic roadtrip to Esalen with some pretty magical women.  This experience is so timely for the growth of my art and business and how I wish to share my gifts in this world.  I am looking forward to the support and wisdom of friends on such sacred land.  And a road trip to the Big Sur?  Soul cracking JOY.


It occured to me this morning that I am deeply blessed with forever friendships ~ women who have a remarkable sense of questioning intelligence intertwined with a fae~like magic to their spirit.


This post by my beautiful and visionary 'anam cara' friend, Erin Faith Allen, knocked my turquoise socks off this week and I deeply feel the whole universe ought to read it in the light of these words.  Erin speaks with such a raw vulnerability that moves me to the depth of my being for I have also experienced this journey to 'becoming' the most authentic 'Madelyn' I can be.  Erin's post is a powerful portal to the soul. Please, please read it for it is a gift incomparable to any other I have experienced in a long time.
