written in the stars

As the evening approached, I built a fire in my living room (now part studio as well) piling the hearth with juniper and apple branches. I felt a beautiful stir of awe, and my soul seemed to leave my body as I entered a dream space elsewhere whilst working on a dream/life/legacy map at my desk.  Re imaginings flowed from various collage elements before me ~ a magical and generous alchemy of creating a vision for my life entwined within a graceful dance of what is 'written in the stars.'  Time flew, dusk fell, and I emerged to hear myself singing.



On the Sunday morning while wandering through the Whistler Market last weekend, my son's sweet girlfriend Holly pulled me over to a lovely woman who was doing psychic readings.  It was all very strange as all mysteries are, but I experienced a reading of such wonder (hovering portals) with this lovely soul who emanated such a  spirited divine and earthy presence ~ and my reading flowed along a bit like this...

I think I feel someone else 
suddenly in sunlight
yes,
rose les bluets
do you see life?
carrying flowers
abundant flow
I suppose
traveling towards and backward to these years (soul)
unwished
a house in the mountains close to the sea
filled with children and dogs and light and music
a typewriter spinning in the sky
out of all kindness
forgiveness from ever so far
s t a r
and he will bow
standing near my father

and

If you have a thing for asking lots of questions (like me) I enthusiastically recommend Roxanne.

Anyway, I thought it was the perfect time to work on a new dream/life/legacy board.

Really looking forward to that getaway cabin in the mountains:)

(it's here! it's here!  i don't care what any calendar says ~ I can smell it in the leaves tumbling down upon my hair in the woods! It's time to make maple/pumpkin spice cookies ~  the epitome of foodie fall!)
