blue horses and whiskey plum jam
How humble! these mountains and voyaging canyons make me feel in my beautiful new North Shore home. They soften my edges into round, opening corners. Time is tinying and my heart explodes when I get to show my world off to friends. (Wynia and Ben visited this weekend with Ruben and it did my heart proud to share my kingdom with them)
So good for my creative soul I can't help but notice. I am knocked sideways with lighting ~ bursts and bursts of inspiration even after twilight has gone to bed.
I have received so many emails regarding the retreats I am teaching at this Autumn. My workshop with Jen in North Carolina (Serendipity!) is sold out but there are still a few spots available in Petaluma California at the Wild Soul retreat.
Drop everything and sign up right now!! ~ it's going to be filled with earth's most terrific swoons. So many bright artists and dreamers pushing enormous creative gusts into the future like a new moon right there and there. I am in awe of the teachers you can choose from for enlightening workshops.
I love retreats. They inspire me to ride blue horses and pen verses colliding on leaves.
Today ~ I am jamming yet again. I just can't help myself it brings me such pleasure! First it was lemony squint blueberry, then Whiskey Plum (my favorite) and now Perfectly Peach (prunus persica) is popping lids in the hot bath in the kitchen.
In my world I am famous for my jams. I don't ask for a lot.
It was suggested on facebook by a few of my friends that I ought to give a jar away to one lucky ducky commenter.
So. Leave a comment ~ anything at all ! and you will be entered into the draw to win one of my jams (your choice) shipped happily to your front door.
Because I love you that's why:)
divine, cryingly poetic ~ tiny desk concert ~ magnifico!
